Shushi !

for ur information, i dont like shushi. seriously. pelik rase seewed tuh -.-

then, yesterday. my sis ajak buat shushi.

manelah saye tau mcm mane nak buat.

ini pertama kali saya buat shushi ! :D

ada bnyk jenis shushi yg kami buat .

tapi ade satu jenis nih yang plg sye suke mkn.

recipe by my sis. hahah. 

u couldn't get this recipe from any shushi restaurant.

memandangkan saye tak blh mkn seafood & telur.

Chocolate moist cake , Let's try it ! :D

Just now my mum bake a chocolate moist cake.

she's love to baked .

bila time die 'gile' buat cake. o.0 

sampai muallah ktrng makan !

but~ no prob babe. kebanyakan resipi mak saya berasaskan chocolate. 

she's fanatic to chocolate same as me ! :D

and maybe i can share this recipe with u ;)
but don't worry , recipe ini asli. tak tipu. 

maybe i can't do as nice as u see at the bakery , atleast i try. 

Chocolate Moist Cake 

Bahan A

1 cawan serbuk koko

1 cawan gula perang

1 cawan susu cair

1 cawan minyak masak 

1/2 cawan susu pekat manis

Bahan B

 1 2/3 cawan tepung gandum 

1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat

1 sudu teh baking powder

Bahan C

3 biji telur

Cara2 : 

-Campurkan semua bahan A dalam periuk. 

-Gunakan teknik double boiling , panaskan hingga sebati dan sejukkan.

-Bila dah sejuk bahan A , pukul telur hingga kembang dan campurkan bahan A dan B.

-Kaup balik dengan sudip.

-Lenserkan loyang dengan butter / minyak.

-Tuangkan adunan ke loyang dan bakar ke dalam ketuhar 

-Tetapkan suhu 180c selama 30 minit

Ganache Chocolate 

Bahan

25g glukos air

250g whipping cream

25g mentega

250g coklat masakan ( ptg kiub2 kecil )

Cara2 : 

-Panaskan glukos air, whipping cream, vanilla dan mentega

-Matikan api

-Masukkan coklat masakan dan kacau sehingga larut

nak mudah ?

neahhh, beli shj ganache chocolate nih yang ready made punya dekat kedai cake !

just like my mum did :D

jimat masa. HAHAHA

saya selalu didedahkan dgn music genre metal.

HAHAHA.

act, bkn ssh saya nak terima genre ni sbb saya dah biase dgn music yang rancak :)

even saya fanatic dgn piano instrument tak semestinya genre lain saya tak boleh masuk :p

sekali-sekala boleh r layan genre nih.

but i see metal tak delah teruk.

basenye cume guitar solo and drum.

kinda cool a7x !
