Yo ! It's me again =)
Last night i was with my mother making Apam Blossom !
You know what it's ? Apam lah. Hmmm.
How to explain it uhh ? Paham paham sendirilah. No idea how to explain it :)
Alah, for sure everybody knows what is Apam. Expecially people who live in Malaysia.
Well, my mum love to baked this apam. Actually, there are many different types of apam.
And this is apam is called Apam Blossom. Such a sweet name.
But i feel a little bit strange, how they got the name for this apam ?
This apam is not similar to the blossom flower -.-' Hmm. Until now i still thinking about it.
Maybe because it's small? Cute? Sweet? So,what is your opinion?
Okaayyy! Nevermind, just put that aside.
Actually, many more apam that we do with different design and colour.
But, this is only left after we done baked it. This for supplies for tomorrow morning ! :D
Wrap the Apam first. Then, put inside the fridges.
Ohyah, wanna try it ? I'm sure you will love it :) How to make this Apam Blossom is very easy.
And it will be much easier if you always make this apam. Like my mother did. Hahah :D
My apam do not have a wide selection of colour.
So maybe you can make it COLOURFULL like a rainbow ! ^.^
This is the ingredient and just do like what i told you here. Understand ?
250g of Wheat Flour
200g of Refined Sugar
250ml Fresh Milk
3 Eggs grade A / B ( 4 Eggs if it's grade 'C' )
2 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon of Ovallete
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
( Use Cake Mixer )
1. Beat eggs, sugar & ovallete until it fluffy and became cream
2. Change the speed of cake mixer onto low speed. Put in wheat flour and fresh milk little by little, put vanilla essence too. Mix it well.
3. Steam for 10 minutes.
Done !
Easy isn't ? Try it.
